We are a small family agency with experience in property management at every level. Using a small agency with a small portfolio ensures you get the service you pay for. Some larger agencies cannot find the time to inspect clients' properties on a regular basis and sometimes lose track of maintenance issues. We will guarantee inspections every 3 months and any maintenance issues will be brought to your attention immediately. We have very good, qualified contractors on hand to deal with any issues arising, quickly and competatively therefore averting major problems which may occur if maintenance issues are left unattended for too long. Also both Landlords and Tenants will always speak to the same person when they call or email with a problem. Often when calling a large agency it is not always possible to speak to the relevant person and messages get lost which can be very frustrating for both Landlords and Tenants. We also believe that, as a business, we have a duty to give something back to the community.
