Landlord Introduction
At JasmineLets, we will care for your property as we would our own home. We are happy to visit your property and help you to prepare it for renting with no obligation. You will be secure in the knowledge that the person who comes to see you will be the person that you deal with every time you contact us as will the tenants. No messages going astray in the office because you could not speak to your Property Manager. Inspections will be carried out on a regular basis every 3 months and our findings will be reported back to you. Any maintenance issues arising will be brought to your attention immediately and can be dealt with by our well qualified and trusted contractors if required. We would never sanction any work on your property without your knowledge and approval. During void periods (of which we aim to keep to a minimum) we will inspect your property every 2 weeks and if necessary switch the heating on a low setting during cold periods to avoid burst pipes.
National and International Landlords alike can rest assured that their properties will be in good hands. We speak several languages including Greek and French and welcome all Nationalities.
