We are a small family agency with experience in property management at every level. Using a small agency with a small portfolio ensures you get the service you pay for. Some larger agencies cannot find the time to inspect clients' properties on a regular basis and sometimes lose track of maintenance issues. We will guarantee inspections every 3 months and any maintenance issues will be brought to your attention immediately. We have very good, qualified contractors on hand to deal with any issues arising, quickly and competatively. As well as the usual advertising, we have contacts with re-location agents and local institutions where staff and visiting consultants require properties to rent, therefore, often we have clients waiting for properties to come on the market in their area.
Flora Loizou will be looking after your Properties and Tenants and is ARLA qualified. She has many years experience in the Property Management industry and prides herself on 'getting things done' and establishishing a good relationship with both Landlords and Tenants. A lifetimes knowledge of Cambridge and the surrounding areas gives her the ability to also help with locating the right property to buy for letting. We can provide you with testimonials from very satisfied Landlords and Tenants.
We also believe that, as a business, we have a duty to give something back to the community. Therefore we pledge to give a regular donation from each commission we recieve on every property every month. The charity we are supporting is 'The East Anglian Children's Hospice' based in Milton. EACH supports families throughout their experience of caring for children with life-threatening conditions and complex healthcare needs.
