Flora Loizou

Flora has lived in Cambridge for most of her life and has been part of a large business community in Cambridge. She has worked in the industry for several years and trained with ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). Her family is originally from Cyprus and came to Cambridge to run several restaurants in the City. Having been in business for most of her life, she knows what a property owner requires and expects from their Letting Agent. Also that when you are in business you are never ‘off duty’ so you can be sure that any problems arising will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

She is known as ‘The person who gets things done!’ by her Landlords’ and Tenants in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Marc Taylor

Marc has come on board as the new member of the family business. Marc has shown a keen interest in the Lettings Business and since he has been with the company has been instrumental in letting properties in record time. Marc was born and bred in Cambridge and knows a great deal about the City. He can help potential landlords to source investment properties in the best areas and finds suitable tenants very quickly. He also has knowledge of DIY and is able to deal with small maintenance issues without the need to call out expensive contractors, therefore saving the landlord money and keeping the tenants happy by dealing with the problems quickly and efficiently.
